The Design, Construction and Sustainability Institute (DCSI) is a quality-driven institution that is dedicated to providing Polk’s construction industry businesses with exceptional workforce training to support the building of a high quality, sustainable infrastructure throughout the County.

A recent needs analysis survey conducted by the Corporate College showed that 93% of the firms surveyed had an interest in workforce training, and the same percentage of these firms indicated that they needed the training now.

The PSC Corporate College has diverse course offerings relevant to industry needs; these are taught by certified instructors with vast industry experience, and are held in a comfortable setting.
