The Corporate College Insurance Institute provides pre-license and continuing education courses via classes taught by experienced leaders in the insurance industry. The Insurance Institute also has a complete on-line course program. Fully on-line courses are available for the 2-15 Life, Health, and Variable Annuities Pre-license Course and the 2-20 General Lines Pre-license Course. Finally, the Insurance Institute offers the ACA – Accredited Claims Adjuster Designation Course and the RCSR – Registered Customer Representative Course. The ACA allows students to be exempt from the state exam for the General Lines Adjuster License when they apply on-line to the state for the 5-20 or 6-20 License. The RCSR allows students to be exempt from the state exam for the 4-40 Customer Representative License when they apply on-line to the state for the 4-40 License. |

Accredited Claims Adjuster (ACA) Designation course - the ACA designation allows candidates to EXEMPT the Florida GENERAL LINES CLAIMS ADJUSTER EXAM for the 5-20 Independent Adjuster or 6-20 Company Adjuster License needed to become an insurance claims adjuster.
Registered Customer Service Representative (RCSR) Designation course - the RCSR designation allows candidates to EXEMPT the Florida state exam for the Customer Service Representative 4-40 license, the designation needed to work in sales and service in an insurance agency.
This program was created by the Florida Legislature for Florida’s Universities and Colleges to provide a quality educational product for the public entering the insurance industry in sales or claims adjusting.
Course fee is $320, after finishing the on-line course and on-line final exam; the candidate applies for a Florida license at the Florida Department of Financial Services.
